We are delighted to welcome Yiea-Funk Te, PhD as the newest addition to our team.

Funk was born in Switzerland🇨🇭 and he is a big enthusiast of cultures and food. He enjoys spending time with his family, reading books about macroeconomics such as “The principles for dealing with the changing world order” by Ray Dalio and listening to music.

Funk has completed his doctoral thesis at ETH Zürich on predicting the financial growth of SMEs using web mining. He brings many years of data scientist experience in the insurance and real estate business. He has worked on the development and deployment of complex pipelines for machine learning and data mining projects such as real estate price predictor. He brings extensive experience with Deep Learning, NLP, and Transfer Learning.
