We were invited for a keynote at this year's Swiss Startup Days on "How data-driven sourcing can help overlooked founders and take bias out of VC decision making".

In a nutshell, this is what founders can do to come on the VC radar:

• Sign-up for pitch events and other sites that are researched by VCs and their search tools on a regular basis
• Present yourself as founder and stress your team’s quality e.g. on LinkedIn
• Clearly say what you do in terms of business model and topic so that investors can quickly assess if you might fit their investment thesis or not.
